The Buena Vista prison! I'll be the first to admit that I do not know much
about the prison in our town. I think it's a state prison facility with another program
(a "bootcamp") for delinquent teenagers. The county jail, by the way, is located in Salida,
the county seat for Chaffee County.
The prison in Buena Vista is one of the largest employers in town. So if you're looking for a job
in the area as a means to relocate, working in some fashion with the prison might be a good idea.
